“First time visiting here and I can’t believe how friendly everyone was and how easy it was to get in and out of there. I can’t remember the tech who checked me in, but she was so thorough in explaining each step and was up front about all costs of each test. Dr Sodhi was great too, again her name escaped me, but she’s was so patient with me in finding the right prescriptions needed. Even joked around with me about being able to see in High Def. Eric helped me pick my glasses; he was patient and honest on what looked best, so very helpful. He could have tried to push me to buy the more expensive pair I liked, but was so respectful when he said the less expensive pair I also picked were a better fit for my face. Super excited to go back in a week and pick up my glasses. They now have a long time customer for the years to come.“

“Prefacing this with: It was incredibly hard to locate the room this optometry is located in. I was expecting an actual storefront-like center. For newcomers know that you have to enter the union building, get to the second floor, walk left, and search for the name of this center. The no soliciting sign made me think this was a private center, but no, it is not. Once I was in through, it was like your everyday optometry experience. Sign in, give them your information look around. I only came in to buy sunglasses so I did not have to make an appointment; as already had a prescription on hand. Easy as, sending her my prescription, looking for glasses, picking them, & paying for them. My insurance was easily accessible through there so that was easy. I was sent here through my insurance. The lady who helped me was SUPER sweet, genuine, and kind. So surprising to see a human being help me and not a monotone robotic representative. Overall, good experience :)“

“Dr. Tzeng met with me for a very complete and informative exam. I waited Monday morning until they opened, but she gave complete service without delay. She accurately diagnosed several vision problems, made referrals to advanced ophthalmology help., and gave me solid advice for coping with reduced vision in the meantime. It was all covered by AARP Medicare, with no cost to me.“

Yesterday, I went in to order new frames and progressive lens and added the transition aspect. My current glasses needed new nose guards, frame tightening, and cleaning. “I can see! [Roseville CA] It has been awhile since my last visit to see an eye doctor. My entire experience with Griffin & Reed was very good. The staff, from the time I arrived to choosing a new frame, to seeing the ophthalmologist were all friendly and professional and Dr Maboudi was wonderful. The office is on the second level inside a Sutter Medical building. There weren't a lot of patients that day, it was pleasantly quiet. Location is difficult and finding parking can be challenging so plan to arrive 20 minutes early to find a parking spot. My new glasses was ready within a week! I'm 20|20 again! (**)/ Review #3542“

Dr. was great and took time for questions etc. What I really appreciate is when I went to review options for glasses, the two staff members listened to what I wanted, helped me find options and did not try to upsell.
