Chapel of the Valley

My daughter died a week ago, this is the third time we have used Chapel of the Valley similar to others first two good experiences this one has been terrible, very un compassionate just giving us the run around. We are having to call every day for updates as no one calls us. Its hard enough to grieve a child but on top of this we cant even have a service yet. I would love for Craig to call my husband and i and discuss this matter

This is our third time using the services of Chapel of the Valley. The first two times the service was efficient, responsive, compassionate & professional. This time our experience has been very different. It has been 12 days & there still has not even been application for the cremation permit, which I was told today can take another 5-7 days. It is very difficult knowing our loved one is still there. Today I was told at least another week or so. Many excuses. Not okay. We even made pre-arrangements in advance with the name of the cemetery etc, but then had to repeat all the information as it could not be located. The grief is hard enough, but to have to keep trying to get assistance adds a lot of stress. Very disappointed.I would appreciate a call back from Craig, the owner, please.

Craig is competent and caring. He helped my family in our time of need and coordinated arrangements directly with Roseville Cemetery. Their prices are very reasonable and we were able to use his chapel for memorial service. I can't say enough great things about Craig and his company.
