The first time I walked into Cochrane’s was when my poppa died in 1986. Since then, we’ve always gone back when the unfortunate need has arisen.So basically, as dark as it sounds, we’re “regulars”. We wouldn’t go anywhere else.It’s a beautiful facility, located in a charming location, staffed with the kindest people who will lovingly guide you through some tough times with ease and dignity.I speak for my entire family when I say we highly recommend!
When there are no words to express the loss of a loved one, no stopping the tears, there is Doug and his heartfelt support.We had the unfortunate need for his services twice within the last 6 weeks, and, in each opportunity he - and his team - showed up for my friends in a professional and compassionate form.Supportive. Empathetic. Expedient. What more could you ask for in a time of profound grief?Oh, hugs. You can ask for a hug. And Doug is there to deliver compassion and a warm embrace when you need it most.
Doug’s care, compassion, and expertise was such a gift in the middle of the worst week of our lives. Doug communicated every step of the way (even over a holiday!), was reasonably priced, and his heart was so kind. I am eternally grateful to Doug and his team for all their support and I am comforted to know that I can call on him again when our elderly family pass in the coming years.
