Office was really clean, accommodated my last minute day before appointment (and my 10 mins tardiness), very fast service, no waiting in the waiting room for long periods. Elisa was great and friendly bringing me to my rooms. And the best part was Sophia, the NP who took out my Nexplanon. I had the most traumatic experience last time I took it out. She took the utmost care of me and I literally did NOT feel a thing. My experience was COMPLETELY different taking it out this time around. My stress and anxiety was so high for weeks, I almost cried in the office even thinking about having to take it out. But I trusted her, and she was AMAZING. I won't let anyone else touch me if I ever decide to get it back in. 10/10 service“

Whenever I've had trouble with other nurses not being able to get my blood drawn, they always call on Ani, and she never fails to come to the rescue. “I came in around 1:30pm , it was my first time here. The nice ladies in the front helped get my appointment started pretty fast. The doctor was so friendly as well.
