“Dr. Lily Chen is the best!! Very happy that she has been our integrative vet this year. My Lulu has been in remission with IMHA since last summer of 2023. We found Dr. Chen and her amazing skills with integrative medicine. She has been monitoring/recommending plant based diet and supplements and working alongside with ur internal medicine veterinarian. She just was tested today and passed with flying colors. Our internal medicine vet told us that whatever we have been doing with Lulu's diet and supplements keep going! So happy for my Lu and happy with our internal med doc and very happy with Dr. Chen and her practice. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping me care for my Lulu in her golden years!“

“I had a great experience! The vet I go to close to home couldn't figure out my pet problem after I mentioned her issue. I told my friend at work my frustrations of my pets discomfort and pain. I decided to take his recommendation and Dr Johnson found the root of the problem completely different from what I thought it could be! My dog had surgery and is in such better state. No more infection and pain for my doggo fox Pomeranian. Yes I spent a pretty penny for surgery but honestly I am so glad she is okay! that's all that matters ... I've been taking my dog Miso since we brought her home as a pup and I've had positive experiences every time - checkups, allergies, spaying, vaccines and everything else in between. Misos primary vet is Dr.Higashi who is extremely compassionate and detailed in her exams. You can really feel her passion in providing the best care and Miso is always so exited to see her. “I can't say enough about the amazing team at BARC. My senior French Bulldog Kirby goes for physical therapy and acupuncture and they have provided top notch care. She recently had an IVDD flare up and bounced right back which I believe is due to the care she has received during preventative PT and accupuncture sessions. It's amazing to see my dog getting bursts of puppy energy due to the program here. Everyone on staff is always so perceptive to the pets' needs as they evolve. “We started taking our pitty Jules hear ayear ago. The staff has been amazing. The price is reasonable and the Dr. follow up after we visit. Today unfortunately we to make a hard decision and lay Jules down due to cancer of her liver. The staff was great again. We willmiss our dog very much. “I switched my cats to her homemade diet and my extra grumpy 9 year old cat is much happier. She's had the zoomies and playing more than usual. I realize now that the commercial food was the issue and I think she just had stomach problems. No more occasional diarrhea and the litter boxes smell much better now. And because I was feeding a higher quality wet food diet to 3 cats, it was extremely expensive and this is about 75% cheaper in cost.“

“They explain everything about symptoms and how to treat them with dedication. They are very patient and provided me with a way to clean my dog's pee because he gets nervous.“

“My beloved senior cat, Rusty, was suddenly in distress from long-term chronic kidney disease, refusing food for a couple days and unable to drink water without throwing up. I was freaking out because I had to leave town shortly for three weeks. This happened to be an important trip to care for my mom. I hated the thought of both "disappearing" on Rusty at this critical time, or not being there for him should he die. ESAH kindly carried through on offering me a cancelled appointment that same day. Dr. Shin was wonderful and caring. She told me that Rusty was in critical condition and advised of extreme measures that could be taken to try to stabilize his health. She also admitted that treatment may not work and would only offer a temporary solution. She assured me that--far from cruel--this would be a good time to let Rusty go. Her stating this was extremely important to me in making a very painful, sudden decision. Dr. Shin and the ESAH staff were exceptionally kind and supportive. They allowed my husband and I all the time we needed to pamper Rusty and say our good-byes. Rusty was calmed by our presence and drifted off peacefully. I'm grateful to Dr. Shin and the ESAH staff for guiding and helping me through this very tough experience. They followed up by sending me flowers the next day. As sad as I am over the loss of Rusty, I'm also feeling lucky to live near this amazing clinic.“

I appreciated her knowledge and explaination of why that wasn't true. I was there to purchase Ziwe Peak dog food and she assured me it was a good choice. Highly recommend this location.“

“Dr High was the only vet that could get my dogs severe skin allergies under control. He had reoccurring bacterial and yeast infections on his belly and in his ears. Dr High was able to step by step eliminate and test and learn via medications the right combination for my pup. Couldn't be more thankful for her!“
