I switched my cats to her homemade diet and my extra grumpy 9 year old cat is much happier. She's had the zoomies and playing more than usual. I realize now that the commercial food was the issue and I think she just had stomach problems. No more occasional diarrhea and the litter boxes smell much better now. And because I was feeding a higher quality wet food diet to 3 cats, it was extremely expensive and this is about 75% cheaper in cost.

Dear Dr. Pierson, your website is truly inspiring. My beloved cat Holly recently had radical mandibulectomy to remove squamous cells carcinoma. She is now back home doing fine and I am feeding through the e-tube. I read the article on your website on feeding tubes and I love the solution you used to replace the kitty kollar (I hate it, it's so bulky). Is there any way you could explain more how you built that soft collar? I studied all the photos but I can't understand how you made it. I found Dr. Pierson's catinfo.org site when I realized that my cats were all getting sick. The offending item was their diet. I changed to the suggested feeding plan and have done so for 4 years. However, I now want HELP!!! I just read an article that is very very concerning. I want Dr. Pierson's professional opinion on the article. I'm hoping she will post some insight to this article on catinfo.org. Currently, I will continue to feed our cats the diet and hope to see updated info on the catinfo.org sight. Thank you for being a great cat mom!!!
