So I been going to NBVC for a couple of years and the customer service use to be good until my recent visit about two weeks ago myself and my husband went for exams that was awesome the doctor was great but the problem came when we went to pick out our glasses no one helped us pick out a pair like what would fit our face or size of our head weird I know but every other place I have been they helped us with that type of stuff and what made it worst is when I went to pick up my glasses there were two females there one behind the desk and the other on the outside they both just kept talking as we walked in made eye contact and they continued to talk for a good 5mins no hi...read full review

Nadine was so informative, helpful, kind and smart in educating me on getting my first pair of reading glasses. Easy and efficient coming in and out. Place is clean and nice workers overall. Great first experience! Thank you!

I was a bit nervous because I haven't had an eye exam in a long time but the Doctor was so great. She even told me some interesting facts about my pupils that I found quite fascinating and she made me feel at ease throughout the entire exam.The person who helped me pick out my new glasses, I can't remember their name but they had colorful hair and were super helpful. Initially I picked out some frames that I wasn't that excited about but felt like I had to choose something. They came over and said they looked a little big on my face and I explained I don't really like how glasses look on me and how I wasn't that excited to pick anything out and that was all the motivation...read full review
