So I been going to NBVC for a couple of years and the customer service use to be good until my recent visit about two weeks ago myself and my husband went for exams that was awesome the doctor was great but the problem came when we went to pick out our glasses no one helped us pick out a pair like what would fit our face or size of our head weird I know but every other place I have been they helped us with that type of stuff and what made it worst is when I went to pick up my glasses there were two females there one behind the desk and the other on the outside they both just kept talking as we walked in made eye contact and they continued to talk for a good 5mins no hi...read full review

Clean and professional atmosphere. Young Doctor was very detailed and yet kind. Provided useful advice on how to protect your eyes for old folks like us. Best eye exam glass procuring experience we had.

I thought the vision exam went very well, Dr. Yu was very helpful and informational as this was my first time visiting an Optometrist for an exam.I picked up the glasses two weeks after trying on their sample glasses and decided on a pair that I wanted. I don't mind that it took two weeks (things were especially busy with COVID and the holidays during my appointment). The glasses frame they provided me was a large but I tried on a standard size during my initial appointment and fitting. I have a pretty small face and the glasses looked awkward on me and didn't fit very well.
