I have had nothing but pleasant experiences when visiting the Family Medicine Department here. The receptionist is always friendly, the MA, Sara Boden, that rooms for my physician is quite personable and my physician, Jamie Weinstein, is top notch. She listens to all my concerns and offers helpful suggestions. I never feel like my questions are a bother to her. And, she is always on time! Kudos to the team in FMS RPK!
I love Kaiser optometry and their skill technician Doug! This weekend I broke my glasses frame. I was not sure what to do about the broken frame. I went to three optometry stores today, and only Kaiser had someone who knew what they were doing! Doug, you rock! I can see again, Thank you, thank you, thank you!
