“If you need countertops, I highly recommend this business. We needed some counters for a guest house and so we visited several local shops. Our final stop was Custom Design Countertops and since we already had an idea of what we wanted, it was an easy and fast process to get answers. Brooke was extremely responsive and pleasant. They didn't have a minimum size requirement like most stores and that worked for us since our project was quite small. Brooke emailed us with the estimate promptly and luckily for us, it is a time of the year when things slow down in the construction business so she told us that they could turn our order around pretty quickly. After our dry wall was installed, I had second thoughts about the shade that we originally selected and so we went back to take another look. Since we hadn't ordered yet, we went with a lighter shade to lighten up the house. Brooke was again our contact and she confirmed that they could turn our order around quickly. Several weeks went by and it was now time for counters. Robert came out to our property within two days of our call to do a final measurement. He was right on time and he was fast, very experienced and knowledgeable. Surprisingly, our counters were ready for installation within one week. Pretty unheard of but we were delighted. Robert again came right on time and did a beautiful and expert installation. He also cut out the area for our sink. In addition to the kitchen counter, Robert installed a matching countertop for the linen area. Both areas turned out beautiful and we are forever grateful for Brooke and Robert's expertise. Robert mentioned that he has over three decades of experience and it certainly shows. When it comes time for new countertops, there is no doubt we will be a returning customer. Easy going. Listens to what you want. Super fine quality. You can trust that he can make it right. This is custom stuff only. So it can be a bit $ but we found Jim to be much more reasonably priced than 4 other bids we checked out. It helps to be working with plans or an architect so that when he does the shop drawings you can get all the exact details you want in the piece. His crew installs them too if that is required. If you want a fine new bookcase or built in drawers to match the ones the ones on the opposite side of your bedroom then you are going to need a custom job. If you need a custom job you better check out Jim before you go anywhere else.“

“We got our Quartz countertops from the Cabinet Outlet and just love how they turned out. They were able to cut the slabs to accommodate my desire for a waterfall feature at the end of the cabinet facing the dining room. They were helpful when picking out the Quartz and providing insight into lighting and original cabinet colors to blend with the specific Quartz we wanted. Our contractor dealt with them regarding everything else so not sure about price and customer service as we were only there for an hour but waited months to complete the kitchen.“

We removed wallpaper that had been on the bottom half of the wall and needed the wall texture to match the rest of the walls prior to painting.
