So I been going to NBVC for a couple of years and the customer service use to be good until my recent visit about two weeks ago myself and my husband went for exams that was awesome the doctor was great but the problem came when we went to pick out our glasses no one helped us pick out a pair like what would fit our face or size of our head weird I know but every other place I have been they helped us with that type of stuff and what made it worst is when I went to pick up my glasses there were two females there one behind the desk and the other on the outside they both just kept talking as we walked in made eye contact and they continued to talk for a good 5mins no hi how are you we'll be with you noting untilI just stared and the one on the outside finally says something with attitude and goes and gets my glasses sand goes do you want to try them on? Of course I do so she gives me the glasses and leaves uh okay...the only reason they got 3stars was cause of the doctor and the lady who brought me back on the visit but the front of the house is horrible

Clean and professional atmosphere. Young Doctor was very detailed and yet kind. Provided useful advice on how to protect your eyes for old folks like us. Best eye exam glass procuring experience we had.
