“My kids have grown tremendously since they started Kovars martial arts. Shihan Sipes brings out the best in both of my girls. I have a 9 year old and a 7 year old with very different strengths and areas of opportunity. He sees them both individually and has helped teach character development and strength training- mentally and physically. They have more confidence and are so much more attentive, thoughtful, solution oriented and also incredibly respectful towards others. You can go up to 5 times a week which I like the flexibility.“
