Andrew can be booked out far, but it was absolutely worth the wait.I came to Andrew with explanation of a dream I had after my brother died, and very little photo reference to go off of. He took all the time I needed to get the design laid out and make sure he really understood what I wanted before freehand drawing the tattoo. He often asked questions during the process to clarify the colors and size I was asking for. Brittney kept the office stocked with snacks and drinks and even ordered lunch for us on the full day session. My tattoo healed beautifully, the design was better than I could have imagined, and it looks just like my brother! I wouldn’t trust anyone else with such a special tattoo. “I came into my appointment pretty anxious I won't lie (since these were the first tattoos I've ever gotten) but Ken was very helpful with the process and helped me go over everything about tattoos and the aftercare that goes into them. He struck up some good conversation to help the time and pain pass by. The office was also really clean and had a TV so that we could have some background noise or that I could focus on it instead of the pain. Overall it was a really good first time experience over here and I'll definitely be going again in the future.

“Jeff is super unprofessional. He refuses to give you your deposit back and refuses to show you your stencil. Not good at communicating. Stole $100 from me w no proof of my tattoo being drawn up. Initial message was two months ago, drawing was finished one month ago, and deposit was sent a week ago and still nothing. Prioritizes his time over yours. Gas lights you for him no showing. Tells me I don't understand what it's like to have a kid and how everything isn't always going to go my way. Asks me to call him and when I call him he has no idea who it is. Had to ask multiple times to see my tattoo and multiple times how to send the deposit. I shouldn't have to know everything that is going on in my artist's life. It's simple communication, I sent a deposit to ensure his time not being wasted but what about mine. I can't imagine if I just no showed to one of our appointments and he had to be the one to reach out to me twice for me to say anything.“
