Pai took our artwork and copied it exactly how we designed them onto my ankle and my daughter's wrist. She was such a pleasure to work with. I would recommend her without hesitation.“

“Jeff is super unprofessional. He refuses to give you your deposit back and refuses to show you your stencil. Not good at communicating. Stole $100 from me w no proof of my tattoo being drawn up. Initial message was two months ago, drawing was finished one month ago, and deposit was sent a week ago and still nothing. Prioritizes his time over yours. Gas lights you for him no showing. Tells me I don't understand what it's like to have a kid and how everything isn't always going to go my way. Asks me to call him and when I call him he has no idea who it is. Had to ask multiple times to see my tattoo and multiple times how to send the deposit. I shouldn't have to know everything that is going on in my artist's life. It's simple communication, I sent a deposit to ensure his time not being wasted but what about mine. I can't imagine if I just no showed to one of our appointments and he had to be the one to reach out to me twice for me to say anything.“

“I've gotten two piercings from this place and one healed beautifully while the other became infected. I've been fighting the infection and trying to save the piercing on and off since I got it a couple months ago. Sadly I had to remove the jewelry and the swelling went down. I didn't have this issue with the first piercing (both are flat helix) so it could just be me or one ear is extra sensitive. I've always had a good experience with them, customer service is great.I got the first piercing a little over a year ago and got the second one a couple months ago.Service: Ear piercing“

“Wow Andrew is a true artist! I went in with a previous tattoo that I really liked when I first got it, but had faded away. The original artist left the area and Andrew took me in to rework it. The difference is insane! Andrew re worked this all free hand without having the original design and he did a phenomenal job! His wife took care of the appointment and had excellent customer service skills. Even messaged me halfway through appointment and asked what I wanted for lunch!
