Ballard Plumbing came out this morning, Victor Montano was the service tech and he was amazing!! He was personable and professional and it took extensive work on his part but he cleared the problem. “Our shower backed up and overflowed on the floor. I called Sears Home Warranty and was immediately given the name of Gennaro Plumbing. After I paid my deductible, I tried calling Gennaro to set up my appointment but no one answered the phone. I called 5 more times with no luck. I checked their Yelp reviews which were horrible, averaging 1 out of 5 stars. I called my warranty company back and told them to reassign my case with a different plumber which they promptly did. They assigned Rick at AAA Plumbing who answered the phone upon my 1st call. He told me that he had a previous job but would come to my house afterward. He showed up with such a great, peppy attitude, and I was very impressed. After diagnosing the issue, He patiently explained the entire process and promptly snaked my mainline, clearing up my problem. He did not try to up-sell me, and said that my copay covered everything. I highly recommend this company. He said he has been a plumber since the 1970s so he really knows his stuff. Thanks Rick!!“

Located meter, arranged for Dig Alert to mark lines on pavement, dug and installed a new water service from street to house, installed a stop and waste valve, and re-piped entire house using pex piping. Job was done on time and according to plan. Jonathan came back at a later date to check on the work to make sure everything was in working order and installed two hose bibs for free! Great service.“
