I seen the HIGH recommendations from other Homeowners in my area on the NEXTDOOR app. I called at approx 9:00am and was immediately scheduled for 3:00 appointment the same day. I was contacted by Davidsons that the technician is available about an hour earlier than scheduled and if I would be available. I was available so that was great!The technician Troy was personable, knowledgeable and professional. He explained what the service entailed and every thing was now great. Service was EXCELLENT and cost of SERVICE was FAIR! My Heater is working great and DAVIDSON HEATING and AIR CONDITIONING is now in my contacts to call for any future service.Rueben O.“

“Our shower backed up and overflowed on the floor. I called Sears Home Warranty and was immediately given the name of Gennaro Plumbing. After I paid my deductible, I tried calling Gennaro to set up my appointment but no one answered the phone. I called 5 more times with no luck. I checked their Yelp reviews which were horrible, averaging 1 out of 5 stars. I called my warranty company back and told them to reassign my case with a different plumber which they promptly did. They assigned Rick at AAA Plumbing who answered the phone upon my 1st call. He told me that he had a previous job but would come to my house afterward. He showed up with such a great, peppy attitude, and I was very impressed. After diagnosing the issue, He patiently explained the entire process and promptly snaked my mainline, clearing up my problem. He did not try to up-sell me, and said that my copay covered everything. I highly recommend this company. He said he has been a plumber since the 1970s so he really knows his stuff. Thanks Rick!!“
