They treat our dog Barry like their very own, and Barry is so excited every time we approach the front door of Empuppyporium that he literally barrels through the door to jump into Ben's arms. The staff is professional, warm, and friendly. The facility is clean, the dogs have plenty of water and a giant picture window to sunbathe in, and they also have an outdoor covered dog run. Never a dull moment for these dogs.<br>I appreciate the reasonable prices and the flexibility Ben offers in pick-up and drop-off times. It's clear that Ben runs his business based on his core values and his commitment to the community he operates his business in. He will treat you and your dog like both a client and a neighbor. “Alright, here is where I rescind the previous review; Broadway Pet redeemed themselves when the abscess would not abate and she needed to be seen again. They took her right away, luck of the draw perhaps, but no emergency appt. fee, the vet, Dr. Schultz met with me, did a thorough checkup and explained the rule-outs and plan of action for it. My concern was for the necessity of lab work recommended to change antibiotics, a condition that has not been fully detailed to me as needed, and as the cost of labs are the insane part of the bill (340), I challenged that part of the estimate, and they withdrew it and gave me a different antibiotic straight up. They also waived the second abscess draining fee, that was stellar, and their overall care, concern and management of me and my cat was so much better - like the old days. They ended up doing TWO drainings, and guess what? Found a foxtail in the second one, which they gave to me to show me. That's good service. Second bill was 125, Yes. They did right by me. i remain loyal, as they demonstrated their commitment wholeheartedly. They are good.“

“I was a little surprised when I texted yesterday to find out availability for a dog groom and they said they could take Sydney today at 11am. Most places are a month or more so I was in shock. She was way overdue so I jumped on the appointment. Upon arrival there was one dog there, I think for daycare. The friendly young man who greeted us listened to my instructions and quoted a price of $130 plus $10 for mats (she’s 22 lbs, mini Aussiedoodle). I received a text and phone call 2.5 hours later saying she was done. She looked great, no mats, cut was exactly as I specified. Price was $140. I will definitely be back! Their credit card machine wasn’t working so I used Venmo, they also accept cash.“
