“I wanna start by clarifying that my issue was a big one and one that most other repair places haven’t been able to resolve, so anyone else’s tech problems will likely be able to be resolved. I brought in my ps5 to have it repaired and they tried everything possible to get it fixed but weren’t able to. The reason I’m giving them 5 stars is due to their dedication and customer service. They did everything from ordering new parts, cleaning, reapplying thermal paste, everything but hardcore circuitry that requires specialized attention to fix. And they didn’t charge me a dime for it.
