Geek Squad

On January 19th I brought my computer in to Geek Squad for repair. The Geek Squad said it was going to be an attempt to turn it on. I brought in two replacement motherboards. One was damaged and the other one did not work. They called and told me they could not power it on and for me to pick it up. They told me to get a new computer. They gave back my things but they forgot to refund me.

just want to report I got an auto-generated email saying that I am subscribed to geek squad? and that it's going to charge me $499. a month? Do you hire outside people to scam people? Just curious. if that's the case this is very bad business.

I called for a quote to repair my iMac.. they told me to call the Apple Store. That I need a diagnosis from them in order for geek squad to fix it. Then why would I need GEEKSQUAD!? She said it’s the same price regardless. Sounds like you don’t want to do your job.
