I didn't feel like I was just another client. We were like family and he kept me updated with her condition. She ended up needing surgery and Dr. Blake was very understanding and listened to all my concerns.

“We recently discovered Veterinary Medical Center of Woodland Hills and I’m so glad we did! it’s been wonderful for our family and dog so far. One of our dogs needed surgery and we visited two other vet offices beforehand for evaluations— One was too far away and the other seemed to overcharge on everything. Dr. Nardi graciously took us in for an evaluation and ultimately performed surgery without any complications and our dog’s recovery was an easy experience. I’d like to note that this veterinarian office is also very kind-hearted, honest, and ethical. We’ve been to several of their vets in the past who seemed to be primarily focused on money. This is a great vets office and our dog approves!“

She made sure everything was prepared for the doctor before she came in to check Peanut (our bird) and she made sure everything was explained to us before we left the appointment. “Took my Bernedoodle in to Southern California Vet Hospital for an allergy shot and the tech found a large sore on Finn’s paw. The doctor on call was kind enough to fit in to Finn into her busy surgery schedule. She treated his paw and sent us home with antibiotics and a topical spray. Everyone at So Cal is so kind and helpful. We are so lucky to have found such a wonderful vet!“

“Dr. Chang and her team are the best around. We came to TACOE during the pandemic with our diabetic senior Dachshund when our vet closed suddenly. “I wish that I could give them 10 stars! This review is about Dog & Cat Imaging Center in Woodland Hills, also owned by Dr. Norman. Based on findings at an emergency vet, it was recommended that I follow up with a specialist to perform and interpret an abdominal ultrasound. I remember seeing a post on Facebook about a facility that only does imaging, so I saved the information for future reference, and I'm so glad that I did. I called and was given a same day appointment, which is amazing! As a board certified internist, I felt that Dr. Norman's expertise was perfect for my pup's situation, and I was right. After the ultrasound, he came out and sat with me explaining all of his findings, offering suggestions, including what to monitor and when to follow up. He thoroughly and patiently answered all of my questions. He's extremely professional and personable. His team is wonderful. I am truly grateful for Dr. Norman and his team. Thank you!“

“We brought our pups to the Low Cost Pet Vaccines in Culver City for the first time and I was pleasantly surprised at how smooth their process is. They give you paperwork almost immediately and then shortly after someone will come and collect virtual payment. Although the line was long, it didn’t feel like it was slow. Dr. Isaac was really pleasant and so was most of the staff. I gave it 4 stars as opposed to 5, because they almost gave us a vaccine one of our pups didn’t need (which wasn’t the issue at all), but we identified this after we paid so we asked for the refund of $25. We heard one of the staff (an older woman with blonde hair) say “they want their $25 back?!?”. For a business that’s titled “Low Cost Pet Vaccines”, it’s insane to belittle people and have an attitude because they want a refund for something they don’t need to get. This was towards the end of our visit and leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Other than that, everything else was great!“
