I am very satisfied with the care my guinea pig got from Dr Berens. She is sweet and compassionate. She listened to all my concerns and answered all my questions. I was lucky to get a same day appointment since they had an opening available. Thank you West Valley Pet Clinic and staff you all are amazing.

I had a bird for 15 years in the past and I was a first time owner I didn’t do a good job in educating myself and providing a good diet for my lovebird.. I have had anxiety ever since and I really looking for a affordable and compassionate Avian when I took my new bird peach love bird named Sunny ☀️ he was trim and nails and I notice how happy he left . I took him to a prior and they completely trimmed his wings where he got depressed I decided to take him here West Valley pet clinic with Dr.Berens .. Love the Dr and staff they were the most sympathetic people I've met . Took my mom's dog of 15yrs to go over the rainbow bridge due to poor quality of life. They were the best and they helped make arrangements for her cremation. When I got her back Mom was so pleased with the box and paw print. Absolutely Wonderful place.
