We first met with Joe, who put us at ease in planning for a difficult situation. He did a great job coordinating with our chosen priest and in taking care of what was needed for the memorial service, as well as the reception. We are very pleased with the photo enlargement, the video, the flowers, and the general set-up. Hector was fantastic in helping us the day of the event (memorial/reception). He made sure that everything was properly in place: the lobby sign-in and photos, the podium/mic, the reception tables, and water station. More importantly, he made sure we were satisfied and comfortable during the whole process. And we were. Thank you!

First and foremost I would like to give a special thanks to our arranger Ernesto! Ernesto made this experience very smooth despite me being unorganized and all over the place. They were very understanding and showed lots of empathy. I am forever thankful for having Ernesto to help out with our situation. Carlos also was very amazing! As soon as I walked in Carlos made sure to ask how we wanted to go about our event. They continued to check up on me throughout the viewing to make sure everything was going great for us and of course thanks to them it absolutely was.
