My mother was created by the Nautilus Society and they were so helpful. She had already prepared almost everything but scattering if ashes. We chartered the Orca 2, with Captain Roman, and it was beautiful. She would have really been happy. Thank you

It has been nearly 3 years since my mom passed away, but I was fortunate enough to choose the Nautilus Society in Lawndale for her cremation. I couldn't have asked for a more wonderful person to deal with than Donna Hilley. I was devastated by my mom's death and had no experience in what needed to be done. Even worse, I was unable to travel because of my health and other reasons, so everything had to be done over the phone or by mail or email. Donna quietly took the helm and calmly guided me through everything I needed to do. A family member recently passed away suddenly. Before moving to the LA area 15 years ago, she purchased a plan with Neptune Society in Central California. The coverage was easily transferred over to Nautilus in Lawndale with no action needed on my part. Donna was able to work successfully with the reluctant medical staff at the hospital to obtain the information needed for the death certificate. Everything was made as easy as it could possibly have been for me, and helped make what would/could have been an unbearable process into a tolerable one, with everything being taken care of with a week and a half after the unexpected death.
