“I requested a quote from Cesar of BD&E Roofing for a leak on the flat part of my roof. He came out the same day I contacted him. He is very considerate and kind. He met with my husband and told him how to patch the area. He also gave him some material to use and told him where to get more. He could have easily given us a quote for the job, but instead he was kind and forthright. He sent me step by step instructions for my husband to follow. He also explained water flow and how to tell exactly where the leak is occurring. I appreciate him so much for being a helping person. We will need our shake roof replaced and I know whom I will be calling. Based on his integrity and photos of the roofs he has completed, I would highly recommend Cesar and his company.
