After a bad roof installation by a different company resulted in major damages to our house, we knew we had to get the right company to replace our faulty flat roof. We talked to several contractors, looking for a company that would do quality work at a reasonable price, while also being communicative throughout the process (something our previous company was not). Enter Israel and Power Roofing. When he came out to do the estimate, Israel walked us through the process, and was upfront and honest about the price. “These guys were great! Did a reroof and the old gutters needed to be replaced. Called Yanes and not only did he come quickly for the estimate, but he got me in during the busy time of the year for all these gutter guys, December. The other company I had in mind couldn't get me in until February unless I paid more ($200) and then they could fit me in earlier. Yanes didn't do that, so appreciate his straight shooting and as a side note his wife was excellent with communication. Really appreciate these guys. “I contacted 5 different roofing companies for a roof leak that developed from the recent rain. Lawsons was one of the first to respond to my request for an estimate. Dylan responded to schedule an appointment in order to submit a proposal. The estimate was provided the same day and proposal was well detailed with the scope of work, what would be done, and warranty. Including Lawsons estimate, I received two other estimates. Lawsons came in the middle. The reason I went with Lawsons was the incredible value they provided per dollar vs the other two proposals. Lawsons went above and beyond to scheduled the repair quickly even with their booked schedule. The crew arrived and started removing the tiles and quickly found the location of the leak. “Eddy, the owner, and the crew at Ram Paving were remarkably efficient and professional. I started a conversation with Eddy about 1 year before I was ready to repave my auto shop lot in Van Nuys. When Eddy first came out to estimate the job, I was impressed with his promptness, patience and attention to detail. I had three proposals within a few days. “Had a new roof applied last year and when it leaked this year I was told the gutters are bad and I needed a gutter guy. Called Rain Gutter Pros and spoke with Tom. He was super helpful and got out to our commercial property at his earliest availability. After coming into the building and going up on the roof with me - he advised that the issue is a bad gutter and a skylight that would be like surgery to do. He advised we try an adhesive to coat the gutter and the surrounding skylight to see if that will solve our issue before going the much more invasive route. Although it wouldn't be something he could assist with he wanted to be honest and give me much cheaper potential solution to try before contracting out the entire removal and replacement.
