Despite reading quite a few poor reviews of local urgent care facilities, without other options, I found myself at Redlands Yucaipa Medical Group's Urgent Care. Contrary to my expectations, it was a very positive experience. I was able to find parking quite easily, and the office itself was quiet and pleasant. The receptionists were helpful, courteous, and efficient. I was seen right after filling out some basic paperwork. The nurse was kind and capable, the physician's assistant, clearly knowledgeable. My wound was bandaged, and a prescription was sent electronically to my pharmacy, which I was able to pick up later that day. If I need urgent care again, this is where I will go. I cannot recommend this facility more highly.

I really had a great experience at this facility.. Everyone is great I really like how there wasn't a long wait. I had a change of insurance from Kaiser to now Iehp and the front office staff was so helpful with helping me to better understand how my insurance work. The provider that I seen was so nice and friendly. I would recommend this urgent care to all my family and friends

It was okay- it was eerily quiet, a very old school office, with the wall full of paper medical records. Clinician was very mid, very nonchalant about my chief complaint, then I was told I would need an x-ray and had to wait 35 minutes to do just that, it was a wonky operation, I wouldn't come back. The whole office felt very 2004
