Redlands Urgent Care generally receives positive reviews, with patients praising the professional and caring attitude of the staff. Despite this negative experience, another patient had a very positive experience with the staff and doctor, describing them as nice, supportive, informative, and patient. Overall, Redlands Urgent Care is praised for its caring and professional staff, but there is room for improvement in customer service when dealing with prescription changes.
