I noticed my heater not working in the morning, called Legacy at 11 am, they came out in the afternoon and had it fixed by 3pm! Amazing! Wonderful customer service from the lady that made the appointment. Max the technician was so polite and he diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it! I am exceptionally happy with the service I was given!
An excellent experience, end-to-end! Melissa got me an appointment immediately. Cody was polite, knowledgeable, accommodating, and gave me a good deal. Cesar and Andre did an excellent installation—neat, professional, and with clear pride. They were both respectful, neat, clean, on-time, and efficient—while remaining cheerful and good natured. I really can’t think of a single thing that could have been better!
I have never meet a more capable and caring group of staff. From the integrity of the owner, Colby to the cheerful and helpful office staff, Priscilla and Cynthia, to the excellent and knowledgeable workers, Cody, Gio, Cesar and Jorge, who were kind and knowledgeable in their skills.
I would totally recommend Lasting Legacy and I am very happy with their work????
