I used NorCal Construction & Restoration for a leak that persisted in my walls. I live in Chico and Ryan and Justin came down here very quickly. They provided mold remediation to the affected walls and set up fans and humidifiers to dry out the opened sheetrock. They were very professional, caring about the situation, and efficient. This is my first home, so it was a stressful situation to be faced with alone. I am so glad I called them for help. Their team is very knowledgeable, trusting, and experienced. It's nice to see the owner really does care about his business. i was impressed that he reached out to me to discuss the bad experience I had, he actually listened and was very satisfied with the conclusion of our conversation!
In October of 2019 we discovered a water leak in the wall behind the dishwasher. Mold was found, so we called NorCal. Kyle arrived within the hour, and found extensive water spread under the flooring, through out the kitchen. We ended up having to gut the kitchen, and do a complete remodel due to the damage. Kyle handled everything, from the repairs and remodel to dealing with the insurance company. And I know from experience, that I never would have been able to get as much money from the insurance company as Kyle did. He knows the system.
