Great customer service. I needed my RV black tank pumped, called BVS and they put me on the schedule right away. Truck driver was friendly and quick with his work. Will definitely be using them when I am in town and would definitely recommend this company.
With all the rain we received this winter, we had a septic overflow emergency. Big Valley was able to get us in the same day and was competitively priced. The guy who came out was very friendly and made the process not as 'crappy' with his great customer service. We recommend them to all our friends!
After all the rain in the last month my septic was full and backing up, I call Big Valley Sanitation and was so impressed with the willingness to help me even on the weekend/holiday. From office help to Mell who came out, everyone was service oriented beyond the call of duty and helping us out of the mess we were in, Thank you.
