Jack, the mechanic from Air Care called in less than 2 hours and confidently told us he'd be over in 20 minutes to get the AC working for us (Thanks Jack)! Long story short, yes Jack was here and yes he kept his word!! He had our system running again and even gave us a huge discount for being a veteran!!
