“I highly recommend Kevin Rankin for anyone who is looking to buy a house, condo, lot or office and warehouse. He knows the Orange County more than any realtor and he is very experienced. I can say that he is not into those social media that much so this is the reason I am writing his first review (lucky me lol) We had a very limited budget but we wanted a single story pool house including spa and 2 yards (1 yard for our Siberian husky) and of course at least 3 bedrooms. Everything was OK for our requirements but our budget was super limited and we all know that it was going to impossible to get all we want with our budget and we were already ready to find a compromise but get what? We end up buying a pool house with 1760 sqf including spa and 2 yards. He made it and he was also the one who made us able to get our required loan.
