Thank You Suraya! It's hard to express how much I appreciate Suraya! When it became necessary to sell the house in Dana Point we knew we had to call Suraya, who had done a fabulous job for us when we bought it. This was much harder. Now we are divorced, and we live in Arizona, so everything had to be done twice. Every time there was information to share, decisions to be made, or documents to sign- it had to be done twice. To add another level of complexity, the house had been rented, furnished.
