I had the pleasure of having Harmony as an instructor last week - she was excellent! She was super motivating, energetic, thorough, and I left there exhausted. The time always goes by fast at Trim Fitness and I wake up the next morning sore in spots I've never been sore. I've definitely noticed an improvement in my shape and posture. The instructors have the best playlists too!“
