I was going to PT to strengthen my glutes and core for a weak hip and I looked into multiple Pilates studios before I came here and I’m glad I did! The studio is clean, the teachers I go to regularly are Sydney, Dimitrios, Chuck and Kirstin and they are all amazing in their own ways bringing something unique and different making it non repetitive and fun. In the 5 months I’ve been a member I’ve lost weight, gained muscle, am more flexible and most importantly I’ve created me time and giving back to my mind body and soul!“

I had the pleasure of having Harmony as an instructor last week - she was excellent! She was super motivating, energetic, thorough, and I left there exhausted. The time always goes by fast at Trim Fitness and I wake up the next morning sore in spots I've never been sore. I've definitely noticed an improvement in my shape and posture.
