My wife and I contacted OC Elite Remodeling around the week of 9/29/2024 to remodel our kitchen, family room with the possibility of the backyard and house windows ( about 15 windows.) Tony came out right away within a day or two, took measurements and we discussed the project. Tony was very professional and kind. He suggested many things such as design and material and mentioned that the company had a deal for about $27,974.00 to remodel a kitchen that fits the parameters of OC Elite Remodeling parameters. My wife and I were very happy. We felt confident with the company. Tony also provided us with a few previous testimonials from previous customers to call for reference. 1st experience In the process, we asked Tony about the windows and if they could give us a good deal on the windows. We already had an estimate from Home Depot, but since they advertise to beat anyone's price, we thought of asking them. Sadly, the company would not lower and beat Home Depot's price as they themselves had advertised, it was only a $2,000.00 difference between Home Depot and them.(OC Elite Remodeling) Now it has come to our attention that this company is dishonest or they promise/advertise something that they don't intend on doing. My wife and I started to be attentive to what the company or its representatives communicated to us 2nd experience We had originally picked a tile that cost $5.93 / square foot. Then, during the shopping process, we liked another tile and we picked it that cost $3.99 a square foot. For some reason, I still don't understand the cost of picking the 2nd Tile @ $3.99 a square foot ended up costing more ($1675.80) . When we brought this to Tony's attention, he explained that the second tile does not include adhesive material, etc., but the first tile @ $5.93 a square foot does include all material. (our experience is when you see an advertisement for a tile , it usually does not include any adhesive material, grout, spacers, etc. and so how come the first tile $ 5.93 included all these things, does not make sense, but we did not want to argue). 3rd experience This is the one that really bothered me. Through the process we asked Tony if they would paint and install or paint doors, and Tony said yes. We were thinking of painting all our interior doors but Tony said it is better to paint because it's a similar cost. Laurence told Tony to get the doors from home depot, and he responded that " home depot doors are "dingy" and cheap doors. We install better doors. Well when the day came to install the doors I noticed that the doors had a label on them from Home Depot, I mentioned it to one of his workers and showed him the label and told him what Tony had said. I felt lied to and cheated. Please be made fully aware that this review is reviewing the company. Would we recommend OC Elite Remodeling? No Above all, Tony and Kash worked very hard specially with our changing of mind few times , Tony is a patient man , and Kash as well. Our kitchen and floors look beautiful just like how we imagined it and project was completed in a timely manner as they have promised . Sincerely, Laurence & Irina

John and his team were amazing. They were on time and worked so hard to get everything done while we were all trying to live in the house. They were patient with our dog that excitedly walked through their work area every few hours. Their work is excellent and I highly recommend them. I went here after getting a Bankhart repair Shoulder Surgery. This amazing team helped me go from barely being able to extend my arm to having almost complete range and rebuilding the muscle. They were supportive and easy to work with. All around incredible in every way. They are so good that I almost want to get another surgery just to go back.

I shopped here last week, mostly because they are in network with VSP and carry Mykita. Kiersten helped us out and she was beyond helpful and genuinely nice. We took our grandson for his first cut! He has extremely curly hair and OMAR was kind gentle, considerate and not in a hurry! He gave our grandson a GREAT CUT! He is great with kids that are sensitive to sound or have fear of a barber! He has a toddler and an infant so he was so understanding and listened to how we preferred to have it cut and faded! I was looking for a last minute barber / salon for my 6 yo before school started. Called Old World Barber Shop to see if they accept walk in and they do! We rushed on over and only waited 10 mins to be seen. I have never been to a barber before and it's an experience! I loved the vibe in there! I walked in and you're greeted by lively group of barbers cutting hair. I loved how everyone interacted with everyone as if you've known each other for a while. I was very entertained and amused that I didn't even get the barber's name! But he def took his time to make sure my little one looked school ready with a little swag! The price is very fair, much cheaper than if I brought him to a kids salon and the quality of the cut was fantastic! Will definitely be keeping this barber for future hair cuts for my boys.

I had another AMAZING visit with Trang, Nancy & Henry! Jason and other Managers are very professional. Salon is clean, roomy (not alot of commotiin or loud talking either, which is nice) and the chairs are super comfy! I'm going to miss it here as I'm moving out of State.

FARI is one of the best hairdressers I have ever had! She gives a beautiful cut and is an amazing colorist! What is more is her ability to listen to what you want. She is very consistent, I've never been disappointed. I highly recommend her!
Luxe under new ownership is an amazing experience of professionalism and attention to detail. I am extremely picky with my nail dip. Mai does it nice and thin and down to the cuticle so you can go three weeks in between. Forget the old nail salon this is revitalized, professional and kind. I have found my nail home.

I get dip with chrome and always get compliments on my nails plus they last almost 3 weeks! Michelle does my pedicure and also does a great job. Tracey, the owner, does my monthly facial and I love how my skin glows afterwards. I highly recommend Rancho Spa and nails.

I had the opportunity to get an appointment with Dr.Truong for an emergency problem. Not only was it efficiently taken care of, but I was treated with great kindness and care on my first visit. I now consider her my dentist and as a senior I have gone through a few over the years,but can truthfully say that her concern and thorough discussion of her approach was greatly appreciated. The office was very helpful and courteous as well as my chair side and I left feeling I was in good hands and will make this a permanent choice. I would give it a 10 rating if there was one!

Dr. Mary is my hero. Everyone needs to see her. This has been a life changing experience with her. I have had sleep disturbances that came out of nowhere for 5 years and anxiety. After a few adjustments including the Atlas adjustment my sleep disturbances and sleep apnea like sounds completely went away. My body and mind calmed down majorly. It was wild. My boyfriend was actually concerned the first few nights he noticed me sleeping so soundly haha! I also went in with bad lower back pain that developed after seeing a different Chiropractor in Laguna Beach. After just a few session the discomfort went away and I no longer have a radiating pain around my sacrum. Her background in Chinese medicine combined with her chiropractic knowledge is incredible. She really understands full body function from a psychical, emotional and spiritual perspective. This is a completely different chiropractic experience than what most people are used to. The Blair technique she uses really works. In addition to her knowledge and experience she is just over all a wonderful human and a light to anyone who meets her. I highly recommend you go to her at this clinic!
All I can say Dr. Clay is the only person in the world that is worth paying to hurt you Hahahaha!!! His knowledge in the human anatomy is very very reassuring!!! I know I am in the best of hands when I visit the office which makes it such a relief and enjoyable! it weren't for this man my lower back would've never made a comeback pun totally intended!!! I am a professional Mover and I just overwhelmed my low back and I could barely walk and it was terrible experience just driving. I had about 7 sessions within a span of two weeks and I recovered pretty rapidly after that!!! I can lift super heavy again and the pain is all gone!!! Hopefully I don't have to go back anytime soon, but every session he makes me laugh through the pain and that's definitely the icing on the cake!!! Love this place go there if your muscles are fatigued or something doesn't feel right!!! You won't regret it!!!
I finally found a great chiropractor here in Rancho Santa Margarita that takes my insurance as well! Nice interior facilities and Rick is super friendly and has super strong thumbs! He's been very flexible about taking me earlier than the scheduled times and has great communication. I've had to crack my neck almost daily before but I feel so much better so far and I trust Rick into making me feel better.
The team is amazing Dr Gentry is my chiro specialist and he has just fixed my spine more so than any other therapist I've ever been to I feel like a brand new person right now so he gets 10 stars in my book and his wife owns the salon next door this is on the corner of Las Flores and then there's and on the idea where the old IHOP was anywho must try them out both places chiro care RSM and forget the name of the spot but it's right next door to his wife's business anyhow I can't say anymore great things about the whole entire staff and doctors so much so that I plan to sign up for colonial insurance at approximately $50 a month and have unlimited care with them or reduce payments something like that I have to call them next week video I love this practice chiral care they actually mean care c a r e **********
Chuck is the absolute man! He’s become a part of our family because of the huge impact he’s had on our health & his friendly demeanor. He is a fixer, point blank. I played D-1 basketball & dealt with excruciating plantar fasciitis that my trainer was unable to fix. My trainer got me to where I could play, but I endured so much pain. When I got home from the East Coast, I went to see Chuck & the pain was gone after 2 days! I have so many other examples just like this one. He helped my oldest brother after surgery to fix his knee from an injury sustained in BUDS as he was becoming a Navy SEAL. He’s been able to help my other brother who pitched in the majors (MLB) find solutions where his MLB trainers were not able to do so. What else can I say? We absolutely LOVE my guy Chuck!

Imelda is a blessing! I’ve been seeing her for a long time and I drive an hour to see her because it’s worth every second of the massage session. My body feels so relaxed and rejuvenated after the massage and especially after an added Reiki session. Everyone I met is knowledgeable and very kind. Although I had a couple appointments with other therapist, Colton was my therapist for 3 months. He did an excellent job with my recovery. I highly recommend RSM Physical Therapy.
