Our kitchen sink was backing up due to clogged plumbing. I had to reach out to the afterhours service request line for Equity Apartments. The service from the Equity service line (Val) to the Service tech (Juan from Sienna Terrace) went so smoothly. I'm pretty impressed with how quickly and efficiently the Equity workflow happened. Kudos!

I've lived here about 6 months now, it's a very beautiful community. The grounds are nicely kept. Neighbors are polite. If I ever have a question, Tania in the main office is always responsive, she's great to work with. Have had a couple of minor things in the apartment that required maintenance's attention, Enrique is able to fix and explain why the problem occurred, he's also great to work with.

Enrique is amazing. We just moved in, and the apartment needed some minor adjustment, and he showed up the same day we called and fixed everything efficiently and quickly. Thank you, Enrique.
