“Our 3-year-old indoor AC/HEAT Split suddenly stopped working. We had a technician (not EVO Air) come to see what the issue was. The technician told us the problem was with both indoor and outdoor circuit boards and made us order replacement parts. Once we received the boards, the technician did not return to finish the job because he was too busy. Needless to say, it turned out there was nothing wrong with the boards!<br><br>We then called another technician (not Evo Air) to come and install the boards and he did but the unit was still not working. Not knowing what the issue was, the technician mentioned it is LIKELY that another circuit board inside the indoor unit is faulty. The technician made no efforts to diagnose and see what else may be wrong.<br><br>That is when I realized we were just wasting our time with these technicians and began to look elsewhere. My detailed search led me to Evo Air. I saw the reviews online and decided to give them a call. On short notice, Evo came to our house and began to diagnose the issues with our system. He diligently took 2.5 hours to thoroughly search for the source of the problems. He was able to pinpoint the exact cause of our problem: rodents have chewed the line sets including the communication line on the outside. I was amazed that the other technicians did not even bother to do their due diligence and find the root cause of the problem.<br><br>Moreover, he did NOT charge me a dime for 2.5 hours of his valuable time. I offered to pay him some money, but he refused to accept it. This speaks volume about the man. He is not out there to rip you off and make a quick buck.<br><br>We ended up having Evo to help us reinstall the line sets for not only the broken unit but also for a second unit that was near it. Evo and his fellow technician did a fantastic job of installation and were able to complete the job in three days.<br><br>The price Evo quoted us for the job was very fair and the quality of the job is second to none. Our units are now working seamlessly and efficiently.<br><br>Evo is pleasant to work with and has a wonderful demeanor and is extremely friendly and humble. I for one will never go to another HVAC technician so long as Evo Air is around. Good, decent, and honest people are hard to find nowadays, but in EVO you have found one. “My attempt to work directly with Tesla for a Power Wall 3 was a failure. They did do a site audit and proposed a system. That proposal did not reflect what I wanted. And, they would not have any dialog with me about how the system would work. Finally after several request they did answer some of my written questions. At my request this project was aborted.<br><br>While searching on YouTube for Power Wall 3 installation videos, I saw one from Dave Pollock and his company SolHome. The video demonstrated the installation of the Power Wall and the Tesla Backup Switch. That’s what I wanted so I called Dave and that started the project.<br><br>Dave did a site inspection and I learned some important points the Tesla never mentioned. The project began within a few days and took several weeks to get the required city building permits. Once the permits were released it only took a few days to schedule installation. The installation took about a day and a half. The city inspection was scheduled and passed. From installation start to passing inspection was a total of four days.<br><br>Things electrical are very interesting to me so I watched the installation crew work. The three man crew was very knowledgeable and worked very well together. They answered all my questions, even questions about the electrical code. The crew was helpful and they worked diligently. All work was neat and the work area was always cleaned up when they left for the day.<br><br>Our solar system was pre-existing and they made all the required updates to that system so it was up to date with the national electrical code.<br><br>I am very happy with the installation and the system is working very well.“

“Joseph to the rescue!!<br><br>AC went down on Sunday during our +100 heat wave! Joseph showed up on Monday and noticed our unit was a little unique. He got us up and running and we were able to cool down the house. Knowing the part was a temp fix, Joseph showed up today with parts to permanently fix our ac! Fast, quick, reliable and friendly.
