“I have taken 3 generations of pets to Dr.Evans at All Pets Veterinary Hospital. Infact I started using All Pets when Dr. Robert Moore owned All Pets in the mid-'80's! I really got a great feeling from Dr. Moore as I did from his assistant , Dr. Evans. That's why I decided to stay on when Dr. Moore sold his smallish practice to Dr. Lisanne Evans. By then my two rescued cats, both American short hair, were just beginning their lives 3,000 miles away from home in Brooklyn Heights. Eros, the older of the two was a 20lb.marmalade colored cat and his younger brother, Plato a light beige short hair, were both around 10-9 yrs old. Eros the easier of the two had developed diabetes which required getting his ketones by peeing on a stick 2x's a day. A little later on Plato developed kidney problems and had to get fluids twice a day by sticking him with a fairly large needle 1-2x's a weekly. This require a lot of education which All Pets certainly gave us and some handholding from Dr. Evans and her staff. Both cats lived to be over 20 yrs. old. Not in s part due to the great care we all received at All Pets. Our second generation that All Pets cared for was my very first dog!! Chelsea was a funny, soulful and strong willed Puggle. Chelsea was smart as a whip. Loved when we entertained, very social and together we explored the hills of Palos Verdes. When Chelsea turned 8 she was diagnosed with a life threatening blood disease. Dr. Evans tried everything she could think to do. We found a wholistic veterinary online who had some experience with this disease. Dr. Evans encouraged us prop follow up with this wholistic treatment which cured Chelsea of life threatening anemia. We had our Chelsea with use until she was 13 yrs. old. It was hard to let Chelsea go. I held her in my arms as she took her last breath. We all cried including Dr. Evans. 6 yrs ago we adopted Buddy from the Harbor Rescue Center. Buddy is as much my savior as I am his. I had just received a jolting diagnosis myself and could no longer explore outdoors as Chelsea and I did. Buddy doesn't require long up hill walks. He is a more of a lap dog and is content to be with me around the house! He is my Buddy!“
“She was my cat’s vet since 1987. My ex wife said I should have married Chris. Getting ready to take in my 10 year old Golden Doodle.“
“I brought my cat Siouxsie for her first exam and felt very comfortable with everyone, so I even had her spayed here. I was so worried. Dr. Son & the staff were great. Siouxsie did well & healed wonderfully. I am a first-time cat owner, so I came with many questions. They took the time to talk to me even though they were busy. My Siouxsie has found her vet.“
“Dr. Lily Chen is the best!! Very happy that she has been our integrative vet this year. My Lulu has been in remission with IMHA since last summer of 2023. We found Dr. Chen and her amazing skills with integrative medicine. She has been monitoring/recommending plant based diet and supplements and working alongside with ur internal medicine veterinarian. She just was tested today and passed with flying colors. Our internal medicine vet told us that whatever we have been doing with Lulu's diet and supplements keep going! So happy for my Lu and happy with our internal med doc and very happy with Dr. Chen and her practice. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping me care for my Lulu in her golden years!“
“10/10 animal hospital in the South Bay. The staff is always so welcoming and kind. I've been taking my dog Miso since we brought her home as a pup and I've had positive experiences every time - checkups, allergies, spaying, vaccines and everything else in between. Misos primary vet is Dr.Higashi who is extremely compassionate and detailed in her exams. You can really feel her passion in providing the best care and Miso is always so exited to see her. I'm grateful to have found a vet and staff I can trust!“
“Staff is very friendly and they knowledgable. The dr easily identified the problem in my dog ( hernia) and was able to successfully do surgery to repair it. Beast (my dog) couldn't be happier thanks to them :)“
“I had a great experience! The vet I go to close to home couldn't figure out my pet problem after I mentioned her issue. I told my friend at work my frustrations of my pets discomfort and pain. I decided to take his recommendation and Dr Johnson found the root of the problem completely different from what I thought it could be! My dog had surgery and is in such better state. No more infection and pain for my doggo fox Pomeranian. Yes I spent a pretty penny for surgery but honestly I am so glad she is okay! that's all that matters ... I highly recommend Peninsula Center Pet Hospital Thank you Dr Johnson for being a great doctor and care taker You are Noticed“
“I can't say enough about the amazing team at BARC. My senior French Bulldog Kirby goes for physical therapy and acupuncture and they have provided top notch care. She recently had an IVDD flare up and bounced right back which I believe is due to the care she has received during preventative PT and accupuncture sessions. It's amazing to see my dog getting bursts of puppy energy due to the program here. Everyone on staff is always so perceptive to the pets' needs as they evolve. The entire team is also simply wonderful, caring, and kind. They have created a very positive environment. Thank you BARC!“
“I love this vet. They are affordable, kind, knowledgeable and they don't try to over prescribe or up sale you unless they feel your dog would need it for their health. Grateful to have a good vet in the area. My dog loved the employees and was very trusting with them.“
“We started taking our pitty Jules hear ayear ago. The staff has been amazing. The price is reasonable and the Dr. follow up after we visit. Today unfortunately we to make a hard decision and lay Jules down due to cancer of her liver. The staff was great again. We willmiss our dog very much. And through greatand bad times this place hasbeen there. Thank you to the staff and Drs. The love all dogs. And the loved our pit as much as we did.“
“I switched my cats to her homemade diet and my extra grumpy 9 year old cat is much happier. She's had the zoomies and playing more than usual. I realize now that the commercial food was the issue and I think she just had stomach problems. No more occasional diarrhea and the litter boxes smell much better now. And because I was feeding a higher quality wet food diet to 3 cats, it was extremely expensive and this is about 75% cheaper in cost.“
“The staff was all so sweet and caring. I took in a stray and they got her done the same day. They called a several times to check on Kitty.“
“The staff is always kind and caring and very helpful, and the printed previews of potential costs and reasons for each is exceptional.“
“Dr White cares about his patients. Nice atmosphere and dedicated staff. Took great care of my Simon“
“They explain everything about symptoms and how to treat them with dedication. They are very patient and provided me with a way to clean my dog's pee because he gets nervous.“
“Everyone that works here, with no exceptions, are the most loving caring, and friendly people. They are such a blessing, and have done a wonderful job caring for my dog. We are very thankful for them.“
“The trusted best for well over 40 years for our horses and if needed dog (site visit). Straight talk with compassion. A treasure.“
“We had to put our 15 yrs old cat down today. The clinic and especially Dr Tong was very respectful and gave us all the time we needed to say goodbye. We love you Max. RIP“
“Dr. Doane has always been so understanding and made my dogs feel comfortable. She understands their little quirks! She obviously loves animals. She is kind and patient. We have been seeing her for over 25years.Thanks Dr. Doane“
“Visited this location yesterday. I was confused as my vet said my dog needed to have grain in her diet. After speaking with a knowledgeable employee, I realized that wasn't true. I appreciated her knowledge and explaination of why that wasn't true. I was there to purchase Ziwe Peak dog food and she assured me it was a good choice. Highly recommend this location.“
“Dr High was the only vet that could get my dogs severe skin allergies under control. He had reoccurring bacterial and yeast infections on his belly and in his ears. Dr High was able to step by step eliminate and test and learn via medications the right combination for my pup. Couldn't be more thankful for her!“
“USDA great staff very knowledgeable and helpful and professional place is spotless inside and outside“
“My Husky was dying in my backseat, and I had been rejected by All Pets in San Pedro because they didn't have time. Thrive took me in immediately. They cared for my dog, and were compassionate with me as well. Warm and welcoming, and competent staff. Reasonable, pricing, and wonderful vet!“
“This vet is wonderful. Many friends who move away still take their pets here regardless of long commutes. I feel lucky this is in my neighborhood. Always able to find solutions to problems, listen to concerns, and if they aren’t open direct you to competent ERs. Highly recommend.“
“Friendly efficient front staff. Dr. Caylor is excellent. He’s knowledgeable, experienced, and explains himself thoroughly. I was seen on time and didn’t have to wait long to pay.“
