“Express Bath and Kitchens just helped us renovate a condo. The biggest job was to redo a bathroom. We also needed new windows and doors. There was work we wanted to do ourselves but honestly, if you are smart, just give your property over to Beth and Anthony and let them do it all. In addition to remodeling the bathroom, they allowed their subs to add on work around the unit to keep costs down. I told them our budget and they stuck to it. Anthony made very experienced and sensible recommendations on what we should fix right away and what could wait. For example, he suggested attic access and it is amazing! For the cost of putting a hole in the ceiling we now have access to our dryer vent, found and corrected some electrical issues and added much needed storage. Beth jumped in to help with designer choices on paint, tile and accessories. She was lovely to work with, supportive or gently guiding depending on the choice. Anthony dealt with scheduling his workers, permitting and HOA approval. He just took over and got it all done. He stayed on schedule, communicated daily and either he or Beth visited 1-2 times a day at least. We felt so spoiled and truly got everything done that we needed to. I highly recommend using Express Bath and Kitchens if you are anywhere in the South Bay.“

“If you are removing acoustic 'popcorn' from ceilings, I recommend that you give Original Richard a chance. The crew is very experienced in the process. There are other companies that specialize in popcorn removal that bid less and told me they would do my 1100 sq. ft. job in just a day. I wanted a good job rather than a fast one. After getting the proposal from Steve at Original Richard and discussing the job I was convinced that Original Richard would do it best. They took 4 1/2 full days, usually with 4 guys, and got it right. They also changed out some ceiling lights to new LED lights. I could not be more satisfied with a one-stop contractor that got it right. I will remember them as 'Right Richard' rather than 'Original'.“

Bid and PlanningWe just finished our kitchen and bedroom remodel, and we highly recommend Gilbert and his team at Rocha Construction. We got 3 bids for our kitchen remodel, and after meeting with Gilbert, we felt confident in our decision to go with him and his team. “I’ve had two superb experiences with Ryan Novak and his company. In 2016, he replaced my AC/ Heat pump in my condo. It was done quickly, professionally and expertly. Then today, Jose from his company came out to look at my AC (at a different condo) because cool air was not coming out. He quickly diagnosed the issue and replaced the capacitor. However a couple days ago, another company said it was not repairable and I needed to replace with a new system, which would’ve been extremely costly.
