I needed to have my beautiful hand made silk macrame dress refreshing after being stored for 33 years and its matching shall. I took it to Washington cleaner since they have done some dress alterations plus wonderful job of cleaning some of my jackets. I talked to Billy and express my concerns of possible damage due to the antiquity of the material and he said, he will take good care of them. I picked them on the date given and I was flabbergasted of how beautiful and new they both looked! No one damage! I will be able to wear them on the upcoming big event in October. Definite, this is the place to take your cleaning outfits and alterations. Responsible, honest and very personable.

Picked up one of my favorite button down short sleeve shirts that had a stain in the pocket. The owner didn't think it would come out because it was an ink stain...I haven't put a pen in a shirt pocket since George W Bush was in office! I told him it's possible I may have left a vitamin in that pocket and forgot to take it. In the desert heat, it may have left a brownish colored stain on a light blue shirt. He then took the shirt in the back and worked on it for several minutes. The stain was now 90% removed. He told me there is a different chemical he used for that type of stain. Shirt saved, and this will be our "go-to" dry cleaner in the Valley.
