After going here for years, we recently received shirts that weren't ours. We returned the shirts and asked for our own; they did not know where they were. (Me: Okay, shrug. Accidents happen during a pandemic.)It then happened two more times in a matter of 6 months; we returned the items that weren't ours and never got our own items back.Not only did they charge us for the cleaning of the shirts we never received back, but when I asked for credit for the missing shirts, I was told "No, I spoke with the owner and he did not offer any credit."In short:Me: Please clean my shirts.Them: You owe me $20Me: (Paid) These aren't my shirts.Them: Oh well.I'm out 4 shirts...read full review

Usually the dry cleaning here is fine. But I took a windbreaker to have elastic replaced - first of all, they don't have a tailor or seamstress on-site so they "send it out" - who knows where. They fixed the elastic but they lost my zipper pull. When I pointed this out, they had to send it out yet again - and then they charged me for the repair - $12.00 - that was due to their negligence!!! Don't take repairs here.
