I am sad to write this review, because it is not my way to overly judge on Yelp... unless deserved (positive or negative). My husband has been struggling with extreme nerve pain since October. They have finally drilled down the culprit as a vascular issue, but he needs more tests, therefore he still is dealing with extreme pain until there is some resolution. We were referred to this office by his podiatrist, who was sure that Dr. Reinhardt could help, at least until the other tests were complete. We received approval by insurance and he arrived for his appointment yesterday. EVERY review regarding the wait time is 100% accurate. If you go to this doctor, the absolute arrogance that your time is not valued is palpable. After spending over an hour filling out hundreds of questions, and listening to all the other grumbling in the waiting room. He was placed in the hallway to sit... and wait. He was then given a drug test (like every patient... which is bizarre, but understandable). Once in the room, the PA talked with him. He said he needed help dealing with the extreme pain. Yes, he had been prescribed Vicodin, but that was coming to an end. He was looking for solutions. After waiting another 30 minutes, he was told the doctor would be with him next. It was then that the aide returned and said, "the doctor has seen your case and we can't help you." He pointed to the exit and said, "you can checkout there." That was it!!! He spent HOURS in this office, just to be treated like a person "doctor shopping"! This man returned home defeated. The behavior of this doctor and his staff was unconscionable.

This was a very BAD experience, LONG WAIT IN ROOM, 2 HOURS, IN EXAMINATION ROOM, waiting for the dr.. And he didn't do a thing! I would NEVER refer this person, or office to anyone.

Doctor Reinhart helped me recently with pain that was preventing me from being competitive in my Business life. I tend to take the Advil and put up with minor aches and pains and was choosing to tough it out. I found myself canceling appointments and staying home some days to deal with my issue. Dr. Reinhart is thorough, he spent the time to figure out what was really wrong. Ordered an MRI, treated me and got me to the right diagnosis that got me back to 100% again.
