I been with this doctors office for years and loved it. But now it’s changed. I had an appointment January 2nd and I’ve been sick for 2 weeks prior. Since then I’ve called all the extensions and left a message with every one of them way before my appointment and no one has called me back. I finally got ahold of the front desk and explained how sick I was and was wondering if I can get a phone appointment and the gentleman that works the front desk is no gentle man. He was very rude. I saw the chiropractor that day,and the staff and nurse was very nice and professional.I want say I am very happy with this office ,and I highly recommend this place to everyone. Thank you very much sava health ?

I’m a new patient here, my first appointment last month went very well with Dr Ailinani! And my follow up appointment yesterday 11/15/23 went great! He’s a very understanding Dr and is managing my chronic pain I deal with every moment of my painful life, however, the staff always fails to send the pre-authorizations for my medication to be filled! Last month it took 7 day for them to send it, and I’m afraid this month will be a repeat, no matter how many times I call they don’t answer!
