Joel is one of the best Realtors I have had the privilege of working with. As a home inspector/owner of the local AmeriSpec for 25 years I have met with him on numerous transactions and always respected his professionalism. Joel is not a pushy agent. He doesn't try and SELL you a home. He lets you make your own decision (as it should be). Buyers can determiner if they like a home or not. As a Realtor his job is coordinating all the things that go into a sale, and there are many . He has never given me directives on what to do at an inspection and he is calm person. Its always good to have someone at your side who is professional and knows their place in the transaction. I for one would not like an overeager agent to represent me. With the thousands of interactions that I have with Realtors, I find Joel to be one of the best.

If you are looking for a real estate agent in the Rancho Cucamonga/Fontana area, look no further than Joel Valmonte. Being first time home buyers, we were intimidated by the process, but Joel was there to help us and explain things to us every step of the way. He was so responsive, kind, and went out of his way to help us get into our first home. We were so lucky that we found him. I wish I could leave 7 stars!
