Melinda helped us to buy our first home recently and did a fabulous job. As first time buyers we knew very little about the home buying process. Melinda did a great job educating us around the various situation and was also very patient in answering all of our questions. Melinda has gone above and beyond her Call of Duty in helping me sell my house. If I ever got the chance to work with her again, i would take that chance in a heartbeat. I didn’t get a lot of stuff in the department of housing, but she helped me understand a lot of the terms. Melinda is considered family and I have 0 regrets going with her.
