I called for an espresso machine service at the coffee bar I manage. Alfonso was professional, punctual and very helpful. He was detailed in his work and patient and detailed in answering my questions. He also serviced our coffee grinder, which was a bit of a disaster. He spent a serious amount of time on it to get it back into good shape!It wasn't easy to find espresso machine repair/maintenance in so cal, but I found two and called Coffee Equipment Tech Service based on a positive review. I'm so glad I did! I feel so confident in the level of expertise and the quality of service provided that I've set up our store for quarterly maintenance with them.

Got my profitec pro 300 serviced. Had a couple of things broken and steam and espresso both werent working. Alfonso was professional and knowledgable and disgnosed my machine within a day (he picked up my machine) and gave me a reasonable quote. Machine was fixed within a few days and now it works good as new! Very satisfied and would recommend.
