Stay clear from this company. I hired them through the PACE program and at first they seemed very professional, and I trusted them to have the work done to my house. They worked on my roof and patio. Everything that they were contracted to do on the inside of my house was changed because Mr. Berry said that his workers overbid on my projects. The hardwood floors that I was promised turned into vinyl. The paint job was botched, it took two years to build my back fence and it is now coming apart because of the quality of wood used. and other jobs were left undone. I made several calls, wrote letters, visited the office, and false promises were made to complete the work. It was never completed to this day. I threatened to file a complaint and a lawsuit I was in blocked from making any more calls. I did send a letter to Mr. Berry promising that karma will get the best of him. A former customer recently informed me that he has filed for bankruptcy and many customers were left with jobs in complete in their homes. Thank God that the work on my roof and patio were done before this happened. James Berry and Desiree you are crooks and you surely will get what's coming to you.

I gave them a relieved before my place was done. I paid 85,000.00 for my remodel and it took a years for them to finished with bad relieved and told them that I would report them if they done finished my place. It only been less then a years and my place is already breaking down. James Berry is the worst owner I have ever dealt with. I email him of my problems and they blocked me. Carma does exist and I hope he will get what he deserved. This is what an 85,000.00 dollars looks like. Julie k

RUN away from these people! By far my worst interaction with any contractor. Started my bathroom remodel in April, it's now December and not even close to being completed. Plus, he wants FINAL PAYMENT NOW, not when it's complete! I'm not giving the final until it's done so now I've been out on the back burner. Hopefully my remodel won't take a year to complete but I'm not holding my breath. Overall not happy with the whole process, stay away if you want peace of mind for the year it will take for a simple bathroom remodel!
