Oh where do I begin? Five stars isn't enough. My 9-year old daughter had extremely long, thick hair. Long story short, she had a very large, very tight mat at the base of her head we couldn't get out. We had planned her first salon visit to be a special occasion and were so worried it would be traumatic now. She was scared and didn't want it to hurt. There were lots of tears on the way. But as soon as Sherome met us, my daughter's anxiety, and mine, disappeared! What a wonderful experience! Sherome not only got the mat out, she gave hair care suggestions, told us what caused it, gave lots of reassurances to both of us, was just delightful to be with, and was able to retain my daughter's hair. Then we got a beautiful haircut! By the end of the day, my daughter felt so confident and said it was the best day ever! She loves her new hair cut and so do we! Then, Sherome messaged later that evening to check on us and see if my husband liked it! What an absolute blessing this woman and her skills were for us! Thank you so much!! We will be back in a few months!!

Bri is the best!!!!! super attentive to my needs and very accommodating when it came to showing me different colors/hairstyles that I wanted for my extensions install. My hair came out perfect! My extensions blended seamlessly & for the first time ever in all my extensions wearing experiences May I add. Nice color; also blended great and nice layers; my extensions are finally how I've always wanted them; blended with my own natural hair. No one can even tell I have extensions and the bonus is that they are the most comfortable extensions I've ever had. She does the invisible bead method; which it's so hard to find a stylist certified in this method. So I'm beyond ecstatic to have found her. I've had all types of different methods of extensions and the method used and Bri's knowledge of color is on expert levels; bar none. The price was very reasonable for the amount of work and the skills it took to do tons of /coloring/toning/cutting and extensions. I am the type of person who is very picky, especially with my hair, but this experience far exceeded my expectations.

I have been going to Tran and her team since they were at the old location. All the techs are super friendly. The store is always clean. I often see the techs cleaning during their downtime. I started getting dip powder on my nails last year for a vacation and said I was only going to do them once. Nope, been getting them done since May because I love the way they look. Tran never disappoints with her work.
I recently had an appointment with Alyssa to get my brows done, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. Having never done anything like this before, I was quite apprehensive about the pain level and the final results. Laurissa is amazing. She is the most caring, knowledgeable, esthetician I have ever been to. I get my arm pits, legs, and bathing suite area sugared by her and I would follow her anywhere. I'd never been sugared before but I love how it doesn't hurt as much as waxing, there is no chance of being burned, and she takes her time and does an amazing job.

The staff is just incredible, everyone is so nice, and so well trained at what they do. I have had fillers and botox done by the one and only Jade, and I am so impressed with the results. Everyday I wake up looking like I had the best sleep of my life, instead of running on caffeine and anxiety. I am so happy with my results and I will definitely be a returning customer. From the receptionist Leslie who made the booking process easy, as well as Jacob & Daniel who went above and beyond with their service. I love that you get a photo of who will be coming to your home, as well as text messages and calls to confirm the scheduled time. You know exactly who you’re dealing with and they introduced me to everyone that worked on the issue. They were punctual and Jacob Potts was kind enough to even clear out the toilets that were affected by the clog and ensure that everything was flowing smoothly before leaving. They were respectful of the property and inside of our home. They’re worth the price because you are getting quality care.

Owner Greg offered professional, experience based recommendations that helped steer many project decisions, including choice of underlayment, vents, gutters, etc.: I am pleased with the skylight recommended and the solar powered turbine vent and passive vent in the garage whose circular air flow has significantly reduced the trapped, smothering heat. Tu is a wonderfully honest individual. I went to her for a dandruff treatment (currently pregnant and struggling with severe scalp issues.) Tu carefully analyzed the situation and advised me to consult my doctor, fearing her treatment might not be the best option. Her honesty truly impressed me; she could have easily offered her services and taken my money, but instead, she prioritized my well-being by informing me of other options. Angie has been cutting my boys' hair for years, she is the best! She's so good with the kids, including the more 'sensitive' ones, like my boys. Her workspace is clean and well organized. The only downside is that it can be difficult to get an appointment, which only speaks to how well-loved she is. Just plan in advance, and you won't be disappointed!

As many times as I've passed by a JCP salon, never in a million years did I think I would be sitting in their salon chair. I booked a first time New Years weekend and was ecstatic when I was actually able to get an appointment at the time I wanted. I booked with Ericka and she was nice, friendly and welcoming. Not to mention she was gentle on my head. My main reason for visiting, was to get a trim, which I was in desperate need of, and didn't care how much needed to be taken off. It wasn't as bad as I thought, as least coming from a stylists opinion, so I only needed a 1" trim, which was way better than I thought. I just knew I was going to have to get a minimum of 3" trimmed. I'm satisfied with my cut and treatment, so I will be going back.

I been getting my haircut from Josh for over 8 years. He has cut my oldest sons hair since he was 8 and today I had the pleasure to bring him my youngest son for his first haircut as a baby and he did great work for a baby who moved a lot. Q also told me the baby's cut was on him which he didn't have to but I appreciate it and it speaks volume to how good he treats his customers! You can't find a better barber shop around.
First time visit to Detailz For Men, Stopped in for a beard trim. Kim is a pro for sure. She took a look and talked to me about what to do... she had figured it out super quick. She has the magic touch for sure! She also has a pretty cool setup in her shop. It was super chill in there (got to hear Post Malone sing country), lots of things to look at while getting trimmed up. Great price for the service as well!! I'm definitely going back for my next beard trim!!! Try her out. You won't be disappointed.

I was a walk in. David did a superb job with my hair and beard. He suggested a new hair product to try which I now love to use. He recommended I wax my ears, nose and eyebrows (never don it before and was nervous) and I was impressed how I looked after wards. He talked me through each step to insure I was comfortable. I have been going to this salon since I moved to rancho about 6 years ago. Jennifer is great! Easy to make appointments with her, the place is always spotless clean, everything she uses is sterilized. I typically get gel manicure and a pedicure and my gel always lasts so long. She is a one woman show right now due to Covid but she always does an amazing job and makes sure her clients are taken care of. She has sometimes has stayed late for me to me to get my nails done due to my schedule. Highly recommend this place!

I have been going to Griselda for over a year now. We started our journey by meeting each other through a consult appointment. When we began, my skin was dull, uneven, and textured from cystic acne scars (view photo). During our consultation, she right away had me start a new skin care routine (I went home with a moisturizer, toner, dermagel, and sunscreen) and gave me a bunch of information about foods/supplements. She had me come back a month later to start our facial sessions. Throughout the year, we did microchanneling, peels, and hydrofacials once a month, respectively. Throughout the process, my skin has made such dramatic improvements; everyone around me has noticed what great work Griselda did. She has taken care of all my concerns and I can finally say that I’m loving my skin! It has been a long time coming.
As for Griselda herself, she is so incredibly warm, conversational, dedicated to her craft, and extremely caring. She 100% loves what she does and it shows in her work. She is also readily available if I have any questions, through her instagram (@skincarequeen2) or through text (I’d recommend giving her a follow! she has really great content). Her working space is really neat as well! She has two rooms, one as her working space and another as a consult/skin care merch/lounge area. After each session, she offers yummy snacks and hydrating beverages (I recommend trying out the Mela’s! so yummy). I always feel cared for and I’m always looking forward to our monthly appointments. It’s such a nice way to practice some self care.

I have been going here for YEARS. It’s the best nail salon in Rancho. My nails always look ????. Monse and the other nail artists are so good. All their stuff is high quality. My nails never break and I can go about a month with them still looking good. The salon is super chill & they are always playing bomb music. It’s not your normal salon where it feels weird and uncomfortable. They are always having a great time and the conversations are fun. I highly recommend going here!!

Before finding Marissa I thought I was going to a good esthetician. I was wrong. I found Marissa and now i know what a good esthetician can do. I am an lady (late 40's) dealing with adult acne due to hormones and whatever else. I did Marrissas acne bootcamp. She told me to be patient and I was. She has cleared up my acne. My face has not looked this good for years. I finally feel comfortable going out without makeup on. She is the best. You won't be disappointed.

I highly recommend Hair By Gina in Rancho Cucamonga! When I first moved to the Inland Empire, I was looking for a hairstylist who understood Asian hair. Gina has been amazing! She's not only incredibly nice and efficient, but also very talented. She always makes excellent suggestions and does a fantastic job cutting and styling my hair.
I can not say enough good things about Annie and the job she did. She truly made me feel very comfortable during the whole process. I got ombre brows done. She took her time mapping and shaping to make sure it was to my liking but also made sure that she explained her expertise opinion. The pain level was very minimal and i was so happy with the results. I did go back for a touch up and Annie made sure i was happy. Its been 3 months since my touch up and i get so many compliments on my eyebrows.

This place is absolutely amazing! There are really great staff, I was greeted when walking in and walking out, you get offered snacks or drinks if you are waiting, and everything was just very well organized, and very beautiful. I got a full set and a pedicure, and it turned out exactly how I wanted it, even other nail techs complemented the work that was done. Everyone is very welcoming and so sweet! They even throw parties and have a lot of other activities you can do. I really really recommend this place. It’s truly the best!

Fave place to get my lashes done. I don't wear lashes all the time, I just like to get them done for vacations. I recently got back from new york, these lashes made it through a week of humidity with barely any fall out. I'm almost to 3 weeks with amazing retention. I've gone to Cabo, Iceland, and Vegas and I come here before each vacation and they last through the entire vacation and when I get back home for weeks.

like another reviewer, our apartment building has had nothing but ISSUES….we’ve had our kitchen sink filling up with nasty water with food, harmful cleaning products, general nastiness MULTIPLE times. we have a young infant whose bottles and my pump parts i keep in our sink so tell me why i woke up to both sides of my kitchen sink filled to the very top with my baby’s bottle parts floating in this truly digusting, foul water!!! the day before memorial day!!! and of course the complex maintainance sent me to voicemail via the emergency number?
however! today, after the regular maintainance guy came with a snake too short, the management called out advanced plumbing solutions who sent us andrew asap and he did an incredible job. fixed it, cleaned up after himself, was very kind and accomodating with my young baby having to nap and he was incredibly cautious about making noise. luckily my baby will sleep through the shop vac lol! andrew was awesome, chatted with us/kept us company while he worked and fixed the issue with the quickness!

Jason is the man! I needed to install a Tesla Wall Connector and this guy just gets it done! I opened the garage for him, said “what’s up”, let him go to work and what feels like 30 minutes later, he lets me know he’s wrapping up. I barely had enough time to make coffee. Chris and his team at Carpet Care Connection have been cleaning our carpets for 25 years now and just finished today for another time. He Always does an Excellent job, is very thorough and efficient. He calls the night before the appointment and also calls the day of, if he might be later than the anticipated window of the appointment time. When they arrive he always asks if we have any areas of concern that we would like him to pay extra attention to and then they do a double cleaning on that area.

Rating: They're amazing at what they do! They were super friendly and professional and I felt comfortable trusting them with my home right from the start. When I walked into my house after they were done, it was like walking into a whole new home. Every surface was spotless and shining and they even had this fresh, clean scent lingering in the air. It would be awesome if they could give a bit more focus to those hard-to-reach corners and baseboards. They did a fantastic job overall, but a little extra love in those areas would make it even better. With that said, I can't recommend Merry Maids highly enough. They called me when they were at the house and explained that they couldn't get everything done in the allotted time but would do their best & I was blown away by "their best" waaaaaay better than anything by my old house cleaners. I hired them to do bi-weekly cleanings. Mehlany just completed the first basic cleaning service and again so impressed with their thoroughness and professionalism. Endless Kitchen saved us time by designing and offering options for cabinets, hardware, sinks, flooring, tile, baseboards, paint, lighting, etc. without having to run around looking for the materials. With the showroom samples, all the materials can be laid out, providing a good view at how the materials chosen looked together. Since we purchased all materials through Endless, we were able to see a more precise cost of the entire remodel upfront. Any unknown issues that could arise were discussed beforehand. Once the contract was signed, the work was turned over to a crew of workers we were extremely pleased with. I saw Dr. Davis for what I thought was SI joint pain. He was able to quickly find a muscle imbalance in my back, hips, and glutes and he was able to provide treatment on the day of my initial consultation which was great! He was thorough and gave me clear instructions on exercises to help strengthen my back, hips, and glutes. This pain is going to be a distant memory very soon as I felt better after the first treatment! I highly recommend seeing the Movement Docs! Julie was also great! She was so helpful getting an appointment coordinated!
After my 3rd time here, I'm finally writing the review they so definitely deserve. So I've always been afraid to go to a chiropractor, but both my sister in law and brother go here and they suggested it. So finally I decided to go, and I'm glad I did. From the first interaction at the front desk, you get a friendly face. So I went in for a massage first, got a 30 minute massage with Melissa and it was the best massage I've ever had and I've had plenty! I will be going to her regularly from now on. Then there's Dr Ken! Great guy, very personable, and really makes you feel comfortable! Really love this place! They've made a loyal customer!
Dr.Joy is amazing! She helped me immensely with my neck/shoulder pain through acupuncture and chiropractic sessions. 10/10 with quality of care and amazing customer service from front office! Highly reccomend

I've been coming here for years. I like the personal interest Dr. Rios shows each patient. His treatment plans are unique to the individual. Full of knowledge and 'The DOC' takes the time to explain. The staff is friendly and respectful, excellent Customer Service. Price is very modest and reasonable for the quality of care, I've been other places. I would highly recommend. Best adjustment I have ever had! Excellent staff. Immaculate office. Dr is not rushed and very thorough. I have read a few reviews saying he is pricey. Well all I can say is, today I learned the difference between $150 adjustment and a $45 adjustment. It’s funny how much money will put into our hair and nails, but not our SPINES! Definitely will be back.

Dr. David Lebovic is absolutely the best! He is kind, compassionate and takes the time to listen and explain everything. This past April he along with his vet tech Tiffany examined a pet pot belly pig and rabbit at a private residence in San Bernardino ca. and were wonderful. He is the only mobile vet near my location and am grateful beyond words to have found him.
Our dog has extreme anxiety at the vets office and the staff works so well with him! They are so patient and understanding with his needs
I have mentioned Alta Loma Animal Hospital to friends and family due to their kind staff. Other places have dismissed my extensive questions about my pet's care, but ALAH always informs me. I’ve been fostering a French bull dog that was rescued by frenchie united rescue. He was badly neglected. I’ve been taking him to Baseline Animal hospital for all his medical needs. The doctor & his staff are very friendly & helpful. Andrea is very caring & understanding . My foster dog grew to love her. He doesn’t care to go to the vet, but he loves seeing her:) I’m going to start taking my french bull dog to this vet from now on.
So grateful for this place! Everybody we encountered was so nice. We took our kitten here for her first visit. We are first time cat parents and had lots of questions. Dr. Smith took her time with her exam, ensuring all our questions were answered, and gave great advice. We felt prices were very reasonable and were given itemized estimates of everything before proceeding with things like the vaccines. Very transparent. Glad we found this great spot on our first visit.

The nicest staff! Thanks for making our dogs feel so good and smelling so good!! They handle the big dogs so well! Reassuring for pet owners to know their dogs are taken care of while they are getting groomed as it can be scary for some dogs!
Champ has been grooming my 3 dogs a husky, pit bull and a chihuahua for over 5 years and has done an amazing job with all of them every time. She's professional, organized and really knows dog grooming! If you have a furry baby and want it groomed properly and lovingly, Champ is it and so much more ! I highly recommend her without any reservations. Trust her 110%!
This is the only groomer that my Paloma is okay with. Considering how nervous she is around other people, it says a lot. Totally recommend Bella's Boutique!

This place is sooo good! I've had 2 massages here and needed to write a review because it is fantastic! First time i went my daughter gifted me for Mother's Day and second time was I just decided I needed a good massage for my knots. Jenny was amazing! I will say, best massage I have ever had and I have had many over the years due to my job is so repetitive. Jenny obviously knows what's she is doing with her many years of experience working at prestigious spas (The Ritz). This place is also very clean and didn't get the ick many "massage spas" give when you walk in. I am so happy this place moved into my neighborhood recently. It's a hidden gem tucked away in the corner of the Trader Joe's/Vons shopping center off the 210 fwy/Haven Ave. I really want to gate-keep this place but I can't be that selfish and not share with my local peeps. You will not regret a single minute here!

Marco is a true professional and expert! recently strained my lower back and Marco helped me align my back again was super helpful, patient and answered all my questions. This has been my first experience with acupuncture and from start to finish this experience is beyond exceptional! Patty was careful in explaining the steps of what she is going to do, making sure I'm comfortable each time I've been in, and so nice.. sweet.. on her care. I was skeptical in trying more care because of experiences I had with poor chiropractors. I have bulging disks putting pressure on my sciatic nerve and have been unable to sit, stand, hike, all kinds of things for long periods.. but after only a handful of treatments here I am already feeling back at it. She is also very observant for anything else going on to help me in all treatments! I've recommended this place to all my friends & family in the area. If you are looking for treatment... give her office a call!!

Shout out to Trevor and his team Form & Function (FF). What I really appreciate is that I reached out to them and I forgot to follow up for scheduling, however, Cassidy followed up with me the following day (Thur 20 Jun) and scheduled the Discovery (Eval) appointment for that Friday. FF admin is very easy and they provide you an online account with a welcome onboard folder.
At time of Discovery, I was 5 weeks postop from my Achilles surgery… and I was very impressed how Trevor listened to my concerns and with the treatment provided within that short period of Eval time. I went home with my Achilles feeling really good.
The following day I went to a soccer game and there was this Porta John that was left on the trailer-hitch which was maybe 2 to 3 feet off the ground. I really needed to use the restroom so bad that when I went to the front, my instincts kicked in and I mistakenly lifted off my surgical foot (supported with VACOped Boot of course) and I thought I will feel pain immediately but I did not, nor did I felt pain throughout the day…. and that’s what sold me to Trevor and FF.
Today I am 8 weeks postop with having received three 1 hour sessions, and let me tell you my Range of Motion (ROM) has improved dramatically. After each session I go home feeling really good and most importantly in the morning getting out of bed my ROM improves, which gives me a whole lot of confidence of the treatment for a speedy QUALITY…. recovery.
Oh by the way, when I arrived I couldn’t stand straight, as of this morning though I’m at 90 degrees standing flat footed… and WALKING out of my boot steadily with minor pain ?
FF has reasonable treatment packages, and their flexibility regarding payments is an easy process.
Lastly, at my Eval I conveyed to Trevor not to take it easy on me throughout my treatment plan. Be honest/patient with yourself and transparent regarding your current condition with Trevor because you’re in great hands… literally magical hands!
Form & Function motto is…. ?? STAY IN THE GAME!
I would definitely recommend Trever FF to family and friends because I’m eager to get back to my normal life curricular activities and most importantly attend family functions.

I had elbow pain, and doctor recommended inflammation medicine but I was still hurting after one visit . The pain was gone it’s been a week and still feeling better

Such a gem! I have pretty severe carpal tunnel in both of my hands and went here to get some relief before having carpal tunnel surgery. I definitely felt a difference in my hands while consistently visiting here. The office itself is super clean, smells amazing, and has a very relaxing and peaceful vibe. Contacted this school to use one of their cars for my driving test. Was able to have a one on one practice test with an instructor 40 minutes prior to the test. I learned a lot from my instructor, John, who was very helpful, fun to talked to, and helped me PASS my test! DEFINITELY recommend this school! I am so very grateful for them helping me pass my driver's test.
My experience was good. My driving classes were well coordinated and they were also responsible with my schedule. The instructors were good and that helped me a lot at the DMV. Today was my appointment and thanks to BALDY VIEW DRIVING SCHOOL, I passed my exam on the first try. Thank you for everything and if I had to recommend it to someone I would gladly do it.
