We have been using this service for several months now. After a back injury, we couldn't keep up with the housework. I had tried several housekeepers before, and it was crazy how slow they would be. One housekeeper only did one small bathroom in an entire hour. I finally reached out to Merry Maids and I'm so glad I did. We have the same housekeeper, Evelia, who comes every other week. She is AMAZING. Very independent, fast, and thorough. Our house is beautifully tidy after she leaves. She doesn't just do the bare minimum. For example, I needed to change the sheets on my bed and had my sheets near by. I did *not* ask nor expect her to change my sheets. But she did! I was really thankful; tasks like that are still difficult for me and my husband has to still do a lot around the house.Not only is she super nice, she has to work around two people who are working from home at the same time she's trying to clean around us. LOLWe don't like people being in our home but now we look forward to her service day, because she's so easy to work with and our house is SO nice afterwards and makes us feel good.Now if only the cat would stop thwarting our efforts to keep the house clean...

After hosting a boxing match at my home, I was left with a monumental cleaning task. I reached out to Merry Maids and I am so grateful that I did.The team arrived promptly and were extremely professional and courteous throughout the entire process. They quickly assessed the mess and got to work. I was amazed at how efficient they were in cleaning up the entire space. They even paid attention to the smallest details, ensuring that every nook and cranny was cleaned to perfection.I was also impressed by the quality of the cleaning products that they used. The team used eco-friendly and non-toxic products that left my home smelling fresh and clean without any harsh chemical odors.What really stood out to me was the team's commitment to customer satisfaction. They made sure that I was completely satisfied with the job before they left, and even went the extra mile to help me rearrange some of the furniture that had been moved during the boxing match.Overall, I cannot recommend Merry Maids highly enough. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction were truly outstanding. I will definitely be using their services again in the future!

After using multiple cleaning companies and having none that checked all my boxes I gave Merry Maids a call after looking online. After speaking to the new company owner... I believe his name was Joe..? Regarding pricing, he informed me of the multiple services they offer and assured me of their quality check procedures and that they are licensed & bonded. Knowing that I the took the leap booked my first appointment and do not regret it at all! Very satisfied with the quality and attention to detail. Will be be giving them a call again!
