“I have been getting my taxes prepared by Schwartz Platz & Associates for almost a decade. Their team is extremely helpful, professional and efficient! Kathy prepares my taxes and is very informative about strategies for managing my investments. The front office staff is always extremely welcoming, offering water upon my arrival.<br><br>I recently met with Kathy to discuss how to successfully leverage my rental property asset. She educated me (in layman’s terms) about the benefits & drawbacks to starting a 1031 Exchange vs paying taxes on my profit, thereby liquifying funds. I was referred to Swartz Platz by my brother & now refer everyone I know to them, as well. I couldn’t ask for a more helpful, knowledgeable, kind and personable CPA!“

“So I had been calling around and everyone was fully booked no new clients or they were outrageously charging a crazy amount then I called Freddie he didn't have an actual opening but he was kind enough to put in in between appointments which was awesome of him because I was freaking out that I wasn't able to find anyone else willing to help me out on the day of I got there he was with the client and I was asked to wait which I didn't mind at all since I knew I was out in between appointments I didn't have to wait very long then my turn he got right to it asked about my paperwork he is very knowledgeable on the process and I asked many questions he answered so I learned slot on what's missing understood about certain tax related things so I was glad to learn this super quick in getting them done he is very affable so that was great very friendly I totally would recommend him to anyone looking to get their taxes done also he is open year round for any tax related things do that was good to know !!
